Bomb joke inside plane gets woman arrested

A woman has been arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 3 for making a bomb joke while on board a plane bound for Bacolod City.
The Philippine National Police Aviation Security Group (AVSEG) said on Wednesday the incident happened on Jan. 26 while a cabin crew was helping the woman put her bag in the overhead bin.
“Yes, put that up there or they might say there’s a bomb inside,” the AVSEG quoted the passenger as saying.
The cabin crew reported the incident to aviation security which escorted the woman off the plane.
A police dog which checked her bag found no explosives inside.
