For the country to start progressing you have to demolish and abolish permanently dynasties, nepotism, elitism, warlords AT ALL LEVELS of government … and then strictly enforce it with harsh penalties so there’s a deterrent. You just get the feeling any bill coming from the legislature will have loopholes & be watered down! That’ll result in business as usual for these elite clans.
