Disconnecting Duterte from the thousands of killings in his administration covered with numerous public declarations that it was his desire and intention is as impossible as a man denying paternity of a child with his DNA!

Surveys also revealed that most supported the drug war but wanted suspects captured alive. Meanwhile, it was reported that large numbers of cops are corrupt. That means the ones expected to capture suspects alive were working with the same suspects.
