Ayala Group opens 2026 internship

Press Release

The Ayala Group opened last Feb. 27 the applications for this year’s round of the Ayala Group Summer Internship Program (Agsip), its intensive six-week internship program running from June 19 to July 24.

For over a decade, Agsip has been preparing students for the world of work by immersing them in real-world projects that help address opportunity areas within the Ayala Group.

The interns get mentorship from seasoned professionals, participate in various workshops and learn from Ayala’s senior leaders.

Agsip intends to foster professional growth and enhance participants’ understanding of various facets of Ayala’s operations, from strategy to execution.

“Agsip is one of the significant investments of the Ayala Group in the country’s future workforce.

More than an internship, it is a formative experience that encourages our interns to discover their purpose, define their values and develop and apply their skills in real-world settings,” said Ayala Corporate Resources Group head and chief humanresources officer Francisco Romero Milan.

“An equally valuable part of Agsip is the direct engagement with Ayala Group leaders.

Their experiences and guidance help our interns reflect more deeply about their own aspirations and the kind of professionals they want to become,” he added.

Ayala will unveil this year’s batch in June during its group-wide Agsip onboarding.
