Before President Marcos finalizes the rumored alliance between his camp and Leni Robredo’s, he needs to make sure there are no nuisance candidates who could split their votes. In the last presidential election, Isko Moreno was seen as a nuisance candidate who profited from running despite having little chance of winning.
