I am not against it if joint governance is clearly stated and it will respect Philippine laws specially natural resource concerns.

Until you hear it from the companies themselves, establishing another ecozone doesn’t necessarily equate to new investments. Not long ago, both Intel and Fedex left the Philippines. Citi sold out its consumer banking. American businesses for decades have been pulling out of the country gradually.
