Inquirer Foundation opens applications for 2026-28 scholarships

The Inquirer Foundation is now accepting applications for the Inquirer/Aboitiz Scholarship Grant (Batch 2026-2028), a scholarship program designed to help high-achieving but financially challenged students driven to pursue a career in media.
The program supports qualified college students through their junior and senior years by providing vital financial assistance, internship and mentorship within the Inquirer Group. Upon graduation, scholars are given the opportunity to join the company with a fast-tracked career path in the Inquirer’s editorial or business departments.
Eligibility and academic requirements are as follows:
- Must be an incoming 3rd-year college student.
- Must maintain a semestral average of 1.75 (87 or B+).
- Must have no grade lower than 2.0 (85 or B) in any academic subject.
- Committed to pursuing a professional career in the media industry.
