Top Line Business Development Corp. is making its presence felt outside its home base Cebu with five fuel retail stations in Negros Oriental.

Through its retail fuel subsidiary, Light Fuels Corp., the company completed the renovation and rebranding of the second batch of its acquired fuel retail network.

The gas stations would serve motorists in Dumaguete City (Lower Camanjac), Sibulan, Dauin, Valencia and San Jose.

Aside from generating an expected 600,000 liters in monthly sales volume, some of the new stations provide an added revenue stream for the group through commercial leasing spaces.

“With the Negros Island Region posting the third-fastest economic growth in the Philippines at 5.7 percent in 2025, we see continued potential for Light Fuels to grow its presence in the region,” said Brigitte Carmel Lapasaran Lim, senior vice president and COO.

Renovation works for clusters three and four in Cebu, Leyte, and Siquijor are targeted for completion by year-end.

In the first six months of 2026, Top Line saw its net income jump by 61.6 percent to P123.21 million from P76.26 million a year ago.

The figure already surpassed its full-year 2025 earnings of P120.3 million.

Consolidated revenues for the first semester also surged to P3.84 billion from the previous P1.97 billion.

“Our performance continues to be anchored on the strength of our commercial fuel business, while the increasing contribution of our Light Fuels retail segment gives us a broader platform for sustained growth,” said Eugene Erik Lim, the company’s chair, president and CEO.
