IPI Center Done Rockwell unveils new model unit at The Glass House

Avatar

CEBU CITY—Rockwell Land, in partnership with International Pharmaceuticals Inc., marked the opening of its two-bedroom model unit with a blessing held on Tuesday at The Glass House at IPI Center.

Present during the event were executives from both firms, including Rockwell chair and CEO Nestor J. Padilla with president Val Soliven, and IPI chair Pio Castillo Jr. with directors Dennis Wong, John Wong, and Leslie Anne Aliman.

Launched in October 2023, IPI Center Done Rockwell is the developer’s newest lifestyle concept located at the heart of Cebu City. Spanning 2.8 hectares, this mixed-use community comes replete with retail, office, and its residential tower, Lincoln at IPI Center. Here, one will find a diverse mix of unit offerings, which range from studios to three-bedrooms.

The two-bedroom showroom features the dimensions of an actual 104-sqm unit at the Lincoln Tower, and gives a glimpse of its generously-sized spaces. Its interiors were designed by Architect Alice Erfe of Erfe and Associates, Rockwell’s trusted design consultant who has curated many of their projects in Luzon and Visayas. She now brings this warm ambience to Cebu, and residents can take inspiration here for their own homes at Lincoln.

Beside it is The Glass House at IPI Center, where one can learn more about the property and dine with delectable treats from Clara’s French Crepes and Bakery Soesterberg daily.
