I’ve always been a staunch advocate of healthy living—it’s my passion, it’s my lifestyle. I’ve always believed that aging well is an intricate dance between time and the choices we make, particularly when it comes to nourishing our bodies.

This is why at Sonya’s Garden, we have what we call the “organic vegetable patch to plate” concept, which stems from my personal belief that the right path to a healthy and vibrant life begins with the origin of our food.

Here, we offer a healthy fare—mainly from the produce, edible flowers, and fruits handpicked freshly from the farm grounds we tend to, and from the plots of land owned by our employees who live within the community. Our culinary team then transforms these natural treasures into simple culinary favorites that nourish the body and invigorate the spirit. The flavors are vibrant, the textures are rich but—it’s most important to note—the nutritional benefits are not compromised. It’s indeed a perfect fusion of indulgence and well-being.
