Ayala Land Inc. has picked up a pair of luxury honors, with winning addresses in both Makati and El Nido.
Robb Report Philippines named Park Central Towers and Lagen Island to its 2026 Best of the Best selections for real estate and travel, respectively.
At Park Central Towers, the magazine highlighted space and greenery within the Makati business district.
The development has four sky terraces in each tower and about 6,900 square meters of amenities and common areas. Select residences come with private plunge pools.
Over in Palawan, Lagen’s appeal takes a different form: fewer rooms, a wider beach and a revamped resort experience drawing on Filipino architecture and craftsmanship.
The resort’s year-long transformation has already attracted another distinction—Two Michelin keys in September.
For the Zobel-led property giant, that makes two settings for its latest luxury credentials: above the city bustle and beside Bacuit Bay.
