BIZ BUZZ: Staff wants toxic media exec out the door

We already talked about this toxic executive in an earlier item, but it looks like her list of annoying traits runs longer than we expected.

Exasperated sources at the beleaguered media company where she still holds a high position tell Biz Buzz that this executive is hounded by money problems that stem mainly from her desire to keep her much younger paramour.

She is also a frequent topic of water cooler conversations because she is not above borrowing lunch money from her staff and then failing to pay them back.

Biz Buzz sources also say that this executive deliberately fails to file sick leaves because these are convertible to cash at the end of the year. And so on and so forth, all happening right under the nose of the chairperson.

Thus, disgruntled staff members ask: Why is this toxic executive still on the payroll despite her egregious faults, not least of which is her abject failure to lead her team and foster growth and innovation to shore up the revenues of this company?

Why, indeed.
