Breaking ground, making waves

For doing more than their fair share in reshaping the corporate landscape to hopefully accommodate more women, they have been chosen to represent the business sector in this year’s roster of Women of Power awardees of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

They number among the 25 exceptional women whose leadership, innovation and influence have made a lasting impact across diverse fields, from science, medicine, arts, education, sports, media, government and society.

All 25 will be recognized in the third edition of the Women of Power event this year.

With the theme “Seizing the Day, Strengthening the Future,” Women of Power 2025 highlights individuals who are not only excelling in their fields but also driving positive change in their communities.

The final list of winners was the result of an evaluation based on the following criteria: professional achievements in the private or public sector; contributions to innovation and creativity; effective mentorship or empowerment through education; community impact as a champion of the environment and sustainability; promotion of inclusivity and diversity; change management or crisis resolution; and pioneering work in tech or digital spaces.
