Century Properties launches Cavite premium project
Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) is accelerating its nationwide expansion with the launch of a new premium residential project in Cavite, while continuing to scale its mass housing business and earmarking fresh capital for growth.
In a statement on Wednesday, the Antonio family-led real estate firm said it had launched Cerulean Residences.
It is a 25-hectare master-planned house-and-lot development in General Trias, Cavite.
The project will be developed under subsidiary Century Limitless Corp. and forms part of CPG’s premium residential segment expansion.
CPG said the Cavite project marked a key milestone in its push into high-growth provincial corridors.
The company is seeking to widen its reach beyond Metro Manila.
The move also complements the continued rollout of its first-home brand, PHirst.
The latter will introduce a new residential development in General Trias in March.
PHirst remains the group’s main revenue driver, contributing P8.4 billion, or 69 percent of total revenues, in the first nine months of 2025.
