Century Properties launches P5.3-B project
Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) is expanding its footprint in Mindanao with the launch of a P5.3-billion residential project in General Santos City, marking the first entry of its “first-home“ brand PHirst into the southern region.
Antonio family-led CPG said in a statement on Monday that PHirst Park Homes Gen San was officially unveiled on Feb. 21.
This strengthens the first-home brand’s nationwide presence and supports its long-term growth strategy beyond Luzon.
The project signals the company’s continued push to tap housing demand in key regional markets.
Located in Baluan, General Santos City, the 23.7-hectare development will deliver more than 2,400 homes designed to cater to various market segments.
CPG has allocated about P3 billion in capital expenditures for the project. This underscores its confidence in Gen San’s growth potential and rising housing demand.
PHirst Park Homes Gen San will offer a range of house models, including the 36-square-meter (sq m) Amani townhouse and the larger Dua unit with a 48-sq m floor area.
These units will be delivered fully finished and move in ready. They come with fitted kitchen cabinetry, tiled flooring, plumbing and electrical provisions and perimeter fencing.
The project will also feature amenities such as a clubhouse, basketball court and swimming pool, along with a paw park, linear park, outdoor cinema and Wi-Fi node.
These facilities are designed to promote recreation, connectivity and community living among residents.
PHirst president Ricky Celis said the project aims to help families achieve homeownership while fostering long-term community growth.
