CLI’s second Casa Mira project sells fast

Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) sold nearly 70 percent of the inventory at its second Casa Mira development in Ormoc City within two weeks of opening sales, expanding its housing business in Eastern Visayas.

The Soberano-led developer launched Casa Mira Prime Ormoc for public sale on Sept. 25. The project follows its first Casa Mira community in Barangay Luna, which has sold out.

Homes at the new development cost P2.7 million to P3.5 million, aimed at the affordable to mid-market segment.

Buyers can choose from townhouse, duplex and single-detached units.

The project brings the Casa Mira brand’s footprint to nearly 20,000 units across the Visayas and Mindanao.

Attainable homes

“The strong response to Casa Mira Prime Ormoc affirms the trust families have placed in CLI,” said Jose Franco Soberano, CEO of CLI.

“We are building on that trust by offering attainable homes with the space, amenities and convenience families need every day,” he added. “As we grow in Ormoc, we want to create lasting value for the community.”

“Townhouse A” units have 47 square meters (sq m) of floor space on lots measuring 54 to 78 sq m.

The “Calista” duplex units offer 50.04 sq m of floor space on 80-sq-m lots. “Cielo” single-detached homes have 48.63 sq m of floor space and 100-sq-m lots.

First-phase amenities include a function hall, playground and pocket parks. A clubhouse, basketball court and swimming pools are planned for the second phase.

The development also includes underground secondary power lines. Cielo units will have solar-ready roof designs.

Located beside the Barangay Macabug Sports Complex along the highway, the project is about a 10- to 15-minute drive from Ormoc’s city center.

Nearby establishments include the University of San Jose-Recoletos Ormoc Campus, Ormoc Doctors Hospital, government offices and shopping centers.

The launch supports CLI’s expansion in urban centers and emerging growth areas.
