Johndorf Ventures wins big at PropertyGuru awards

Johndorf Ventures Corporation (JVC) made an impressive debut at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards with big wins for Johndorf Tower and Plumera Mactan.
Johndorf Tower at the Cebu Business Park, the company’s first foray into premium office real estate, was named Best CBD (central business district) Development and Best Office Development, according to the AsiaPropertyAwards.com.
It also received citations for Best BPO (business process outsourcing) Office Development and Best Green Commercial Development during the ceremonies held at the Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
Plumera Mactan received the Best Connectivity Condo Development and Best Affordable Condo Architectural Design awards. It was also named Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Cebu.
Chief executive officer Richard Lim said the recognition affirms the company’s commitment to creating developments that respond to Cebu’s evolving urban landscape.
