Megaworld Q1 reservation sales up 10%
Megaworld Corp. posted a 10.4-percent increase in reservation sales in the first quarter of 2026, underscoring resilient demand for its residential projects despite challenges facing the broader property sector.
In a disclosure on Tuesday, the Andrew Tan-led firm said reservation sales reached P29.7 billion from January to March.
The property giant attributed the growth to sustained demand for residential developments in Metro Manila and key provincial markets.
Megaworld itself accounted for roughly 71 percent of the group’s reservation sales, contributing P21.2 billion during the quarter.
Leading sales was the 54-story Uptown Modern project in Uptown Bonifacio, which generated about P3 billion in sales during the period.
Other strong-performing developments included Park McKinley West in Taguig City, One Crown Suites at Winford Resort Estate in Manila and several projects outside Metro Manila.
Among the company’s provincial developments that recorded robust demand were Ilocandia Beach Village in Laoag City, Maple Grove Park Village in General Trias, Cavite, Sante Residences Palawan in San Vicente, Palawan, Firenze in Iloilo Business Park and La Victoria Global Residences in Cebu.
“Our residential business continues to show strong resilience, led by steady sales across our Metro Manila developments and growing demand for our provincial properties,” said Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, president and CEO of Megaworld.
“Even amid a challenging business environment, we remain focused on accelerating growth across our portfolio and creating lasting value for our stakeholders,” she said.
