Every employee understands how their work directly contributes to our strategy and aligns with the bigger picture, thanks to clearly defined key result areas (KRAs). This clarity empowers individuals and connects them to the company’s broader mission and strategic goals, particularly our four pillars: quality, growth, sustainability and people empowerment.

Moreover, this clarity fosters a culture of teamwork and innovation. Whether it’s building communities, managing projects, or creating spaces where people thrive, our teams understand the lasting impact of their efforts. Our people

This year, we democratized learning by launching a digital platform accessible to all ALIzens. The results have been impressive, with 97 percent utilization and over 62,000 learning hours completed in just four months. These figures are more than just statistics; they reflect our commitment to fostering a culture of learning. We are not only equipping our people with skills relevant today but also preparing them for the emerging skills needed in the future.

We integrate our purpose, values and strategies into every learning experience, ensuring that employees not only enhance their skills but also strengthen their alignment with Ayala Land’s mission. Additionally, we have launched a comprehensive talent review to ensure that our people are optimally positioned and equipped with the right skills and competencies at the right time to drive our strategic goals forward.

As market and customer needs evolve, bringing in fresh talent with diverse expertise is more important than ever. We are in the process of reinvention, welcoming professionals with world-class experience, and infusing our teams with new perspectives and innovative ideas will help us stay agile in a changing landscape.
