Real estate firm Pocket Communities is targeting to complete its P350-million project in Nasugbu, Batangas within three years, with more projects lined up in the next several years.

Company chief operating officer Red Rosales said the 2.6-hectare The Wave Residences will feature 122 exclusive housing units once completed.

Each housing unit is priced from P6 million to P9 million according to Rosales.

Pocket Communities held a groundbreaking ceremony for The Wave Residences last Aug. 2.

The company said that its goal with the property is to transform Nasugbu’s landscape and offer a harmonious blend of modern living and natural beauty.

It touts the project’s strategic location, thanks to essential amenities that promise to ensure a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.

“This project is more than just a residential development; it’s about creating a vibrant community that enriches lives,” Pocket Communities president and chief executive officer Christian Mulingbayan said in a statement.

Provincial officials have expressed support towards the establishment of the development and its perceived impact on the development of the local economy.

“This development is a manifestation of Nasugbu’s growing appeal as a prime investment destination,” Nasugbu Mayor Antonio Barcelon was quoted in the same statement.

Rosales said that The Wave Residences is only the first in a pipeline of real estate projects in the Philippines, with at least two more projects to begin construction in Cavite and Batangas.
