PSEi mirrors Wall Street fall

The local bourse ended its brief stay in the positive territory on Friday as the index mirrored losses in Wall Street amid economic uncertainties in the United States.
By the end of the session, the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) lost 0.89 percent, or 56.38 points, to close at 6,266.75.
Likewise, the broader All Shares Index shed 0.49 percent, or 18.2 points, to 3,727.12.
Trading was stronger than the average, with value turnover at P11.02 billion.
This is higher than the year-to-date average of P5.43 billion, Philstocks Financial Inc. data show.
