Lopez-led Rockwell Land Corp. lifted its net income to P5.3 billion in 2025, marking a 29-percent increase, driven by residential projects and sustained buyer demand.

In its annual report released on Wednesday, the developer said net income attributable to the parent company rose 27.5 percent to P4.73 billion from P3.71 billion.

The company said that roughly P680 million of profits came from a one-time accounting gain linked to its purchase of Alabang Commercial Corp. (ACC).

Rockwell’s P21.6-billion acquisition of ACC significantly widened its commercial footprint.
