Alexa sings about ‘what ifs’ in ‘Kung Naging Tayo’
Singer-actress Alexa Ilacad delves into the fears of pursuing love in her new single, “Kung Naging Tayo.” The OPM (Original Pilipino Music) ballad, composed by Angelica Tagadtad and produced by Jonathan Manalo, captures how doubts and worries could ruin a potential romance.
Meanwhile, the single’s official music video, released on the Star Music YouTube channel last Saturday, features new actor Emilio Daez.
Early this year, Alexa launched her solo version of the Star Magical Prom 2024 theme song “Believing In Magic (Yakap Mo),” which has garnered over 1 million streams on Spotify so far. She also headlined the sold-out concert “Add to Heart” with screen partner KD Estrada at Music Museum last May.
As an actress, she starred in several drama series such as “Bagito,” “The Good Son,” “The Killer Bride” and “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso.” She has also dabbled in hosting as one of the mainstays of “Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11.”Check out “Kung Naging Tayo” on various streaming platforms.
