Bardot on Delon: He leaves ‘void no one can fill’

PARIS—French cinema legend Alain Delon’s death leaves “a huge void that nothing and no one will be able to fill,” fellow silver screen icon Brigitte Bardot told Agence France-Presse (AFP) on Sunday.
Delon “represented the best of France’s ‘prestige cinema.’ An ambassador of elegance, talent, beauty. I lose a friend, an alter ego, a partner,” Bardot said in a written message.
