Elijah Woods (stylized as elijah woods), the Canadian pop artist behind the hits “24/7, 365” and “Fingers Crossed,” is set to hold a concert in the Philippines as part of his upcoming tour.

Titled “ilu 24/7, 365” the series of shows is elijah’s first ever in Asia. Mounted by Live Nation Philippines, the Manila stop of the tour is on May 20 at The Podium Hall. For tickets, visit www.smtickets.com or www.livenation.ph.

Last year, the singer-songwriter-producer released “24/7, 365”—a feel-good midtempo love song about commitment. Before long, it started picking up momentum online. And much to his surprise, the bulk of the streams was coming from Southeast Asia.

“Something insane kind of happened. The song absolutely blew up and it changed my life. But I didn’t know where the streams were coming from,” he said in an Instagram video.

He went online, checked his analytics on Spotify, and discovered that, for a period of time, his song was amassing more than 300,000 streams in Southeast Asia. As of this writing, in fact, Quezon City is the top city in the said streaming app.

“I looked up all the places where it was being streamed the most in; they were Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Manila, Tokyo and Taipei,” he said. “It’s kind of crazy.”
