After 13 years, Janet Jackson and her Filipino fans will, at last, get “together again.”

To celebrate her 50th anniversary in the music industry, the pop icon embarked earlier this year on her 10th world tour, fittingly titled “Together Again.” After the North American leg, Janet will fly to Asia next year and make a stop in Manila on March 24.

Presented by Live Nation Philippines, the one-night concert will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Tickets go on sale on Nov. 25 at 12 p.m. For more information, visit Livenation.ph.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 57-year-old artist described her ongoing tour as a “special one.”

“It’s my 50th anniversary in the industry. I started young,” said Janet, who first performed onstage at the age of 7 with her famed family that also produced the King of Pop Michael Jackson.

“It means a great deal to me to still have God allow me to do what it is I do,” said Janet, who previously performed in Manila in 1995 and 2011.

The singer and powerhouse dancer is expected to perform around 40 songs spread across four acts. The setlist includes some of her most popular songs, like “That’s the Way Love Goes,” “All for You,” “Got ‘Til It’s Gone,” “Scream,” “Rhythm Nation” and of course, the titular track “Together Again.”

Most fun tour

“It’s the most fun out of all the tours I have had since ‘Rhythm Nation’ (tour in 1990),” said Janet, who will also treat the fans to multiple costume changes. “We evolve, we change. It’s always exciting for me… Changing the look, the style. In that sense, [I have changed] for sure,” she said.
