Maroon 5 pumped for 7th Manila show next year
Maroon 5 will kick off its 2025 with a concert in Manila.
Mounted by Live Nation Philippines (LNPH), the Grammy-winning group’s upcoming show on Jan. 29, 2025, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena will be its seventh in the Philippines.
“We’re excited to be heading back to Asia in early 2025!” the band said of its “Asia 2025” tour, which will also make stops in Jakarta, Bangkok, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur and Kaoshiung.
Members of the LNPH website, www.livenation.ph., are eligible for a presale opportunity on Sept. 27, from noon to 11:59 p.m. Mastercard users can get tickets in advance from Sept. 25, 10 a.m., to Sept. 27, 10 a.m.
General ticket-selling, meanwhile, will be on Sept. 28, 12 p.m. and onwards via SM Tickets.
Led by Adam Levine, the enduring pop-rock band has numerous massive hits under its belt, including, “She Will Be Loved,” “This Love,” “Memories,” “Payphone” and “Moves Like Jagger.”
Dabbling in various genres like pop, rock, grunge, disco, electro-pop and funk, the American group has sold more than 98 million albums and 750 million singles since 2002.
Despite debuting and rising to fame in the prestreaming era, the band successfully adapted to the changing music landscape: On Spotify alone, Maroon 5’s discography has amassed over 26 billion streams with 10 of its songs each having over 1 billion streams.
