Love a good Western? Lionsgate Play has you covered.

‘Django’

This modern reimagining of the classic spaghetti Western tells the story of a haunted gunslinger on a quest for revenge and redemption. Set in late 1800s Texas, the series follows a wanted man named Django (Matthias Schoenaerts), who arrives in New Babylon, a sanctuary for outcasts founded by John Ellis.

‘Hell on the Border’

Based on real events in the late 1800s, “Hell on the Border” tells the story of Bass Reeves, a former slave who embarks on a daring quest to capture a notorious outlaw and earn the title of the first black US Marshal in the Wild West. It stars David Gyasi as Reeves, as well as Ron Perlman and Frank Grillo.
