A show-stopping seafood tower
The first Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the Philippines is making waves in the local culinary scene again with its latest menu addition.
The Bar & Grill Seafood Tower is a curated selection of fresh seafood that includes David Hervé oysters, Boston lobster, king crab leg, poached clams, and tiger prawns, complete with an array of sauces that complement the seafood’s exquisite flavors.
The new item comes in Half Tower or Full Tower presentations in a bespoke three-tiered serving platter with crushed ice. The centerpiece dish is sure to provide an unforgettable dining experience with the flowing mist from activated dry ice.
Each component of the towering dish is a nod to the luxurious bounty of the sea, from the locally and responsibly-sourced clams and prawns through SeaTrace International, to the best quality mussels from Chile, king crab from Russia, lobster from Boston, and quintessentially French David Hervé oysters.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines is located at the 2F Grand Wing, Newport World Resorts, open daily from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. Dress code is smart casual.
