SM Supermalls has championed local artists with the nationwide SM Art Market.

SM City Baguio’s long-standing commitment to the local art scene, highlighted by successful art events like the “Cordillera Hueniverse,” “Art in Bloom,” “Pandegka Series” and “Impakabsat,” reached new heights with the launch of the SM Art Market. Since 2019, the mall had collaborated with over 500 local artists.

This exciting initiative, launched in 13 SM Malls nationwide, amplified SM Supermalls’ commitment to up-and-coming local artists by providing them a platform to showcase their creative works and reach a broader audience.

From July 31 to Oct. 8, participating locations, led by SM City Baguio, were transformed into lively art hubs. SM Art Market promised a feast for the senses, showcasing a diverse range of artistic expressions. Visitors experienced paintings, photographs, prints, illustrations, digital art, mixed media and sculptures, all created by talented Filipino artists.

SM Art Market is more than just an art fair. It’s a celebration of the creativity and talent thriving in the Philippines.
