Championing MSMEs through nationwide trade fairs

Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), through its vast network of Robinsons Malls nationwide, is expanding its role as a key enabler of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by partnering with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Agriculture to mount regional trade fairs in strategic mall locations across the Philippines.
The collaboration supports the government’s broader agenda to promote inclusive growth and regional development by empowering entrepreneurs, farmers, and local artisans. These trade fairs offer MSMEs a venue to exhibit their products, access a wider consumer base, and benefit from promotional support in high-footfall commercial centers.

With more than 50 malls located across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, Robinsons Malls is leveraging its nationwide presence to create opportunities for business development in both urban and emerging regional markets.
One of the flagship programs under this initiative is Fiesta de Camarines, an ongoing multimonth series of themed trade fairs in partnership with DTI Camarines Sur, held exclusively at Robinsons Naga. Upcoming legs include Muebles (May 29 to June 2), which will showcase locally crafted furniture; Uma Usbong (July 16 to July 20) for regional crops and agricultural products; Pustoriosa (Aug. 14 to Aug. 18) for wearable goods such as clothing and accessories; and La Vida Coco (Oct. 8 to Oct. 12), which will focus on coconut-based products and innovations.

Robinsons Malls also continues to broaden its impact through inclusive livelihood programs. In partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and the Public Employment Service Office of Imus City, the BJMP Trade Fair will be held at Robinsons Imus from June 16 to June 20. The initiative allows Persons Deprived of Liberty to market handmade goods, offering them economic opportunity and practical skills for reintegration into society.
Meanwhile, through its partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Robinsons Malls is providing direct-to-market exposure for local farmers. Agricultural trade fairs will take place at Robinsons Iloilo on July 14 to July 20 and Sept. 23 to Sept. 29. These events highlight crops and other locally sourced goods, facilitating access to consumers, and helping producers expand their reach beyond traditional markets.
Regional MSME fairs continue to be held in other Robinsons Malls. Other scheduled events include Robinsons Roxas (Dec. 1 to Dec. 8), and Robinsons Cebu, a monthly fair at Robinsons Galleria Cebu running from April to July, dedicated to Cebuano enterprises.
