Kick off the festivities with an auspicious celebration of the Year of the Snake with an expertly curated menu featuring Chinese culinary artistry paired with the finest wines from Duckhorn Vineyards. Highlights of the exclusive dinner include wild abalone with pomelo sauce paired with Duckhorn Vineyards North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2022, Chinese tea leaf-smoked duck breast and herb soy sauce matched with Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot 2021, 13-spice wok-fried lamb rack, green beans, and capsicum with Duckhorn Vineyards Howell Mountain Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, and many other delectable dishes.
The expert culinary team from Happy 8 partnered with Duckhorn Vineyards, one of North America’s premier producers of Napa Valley wines, and The Wine Club, the leading importer and distributor of California wines in the Philippines, for the exquisite night of celebration. Hosted by Karl Coveney, Duckhorn’s sales and marketing director for Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, the evening promises a feast filled with prosperity, abundance, and blessings to begin the Lunar New Year.
