Newport World Resorts has transformed into a Christmas reindeer village for the holidays.
The tree-lighting ceremony held on Nov. 7 marked the start of “The World of Christmas” celebrations at the premiere lifestyle and entertainment destination, which will include holiday festivities, gourmet offerings and staycations.
The celebration continues at Southeast Asia’s largest wine event, The Grand Wine Experience, happening today, all the way into the New Year with “The Grand Countdown to 2025” headlined by some of OPM’s brightest stars: Bini, Bamboo, Jed Madela, and Angeline Quinto.
Jose Mari Chan, with Jona and Morisette, will perform at the one-night concert “Oh Christmas Three” on Dec. 7 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
Newport’s specialty restaurants have also prepared holiday offerings, like Casa Buenas and its Christmas Eve Set that includes lechon and fruitcake.
Newport’s award-winning culinary team has curated holiday takeaways for everyone to enjoy in the comfort of their home, or to share as gifts.
At the gingerbread house, guests can buy treats and pastries and take endless pictures.
Marriott Manila’s Marriott Cafe has indulgent buffet offerings and Christmas gift baskets, Hilton Manila has festive feasts, and Sheraton Manila Hotel has free-flowing wine and beer at S Kitchen’s buffet plus other holiday treats.
