It is a spirit that Fauré Le Page captures with Lucky U, a limited and numbered collection that revisits the maison’s signature Scale Canvas through the imprint of a horse’s hoof. Rendered in black and gray with accents of auspicious red, the motif offers a subtle reference to progress and confidence without resorting to overt zodiac imagery.
Fine craftsmanship meets signature style
Among the highlights is Fauré Le Page’s iconic Daily Battle 35, a silhouette long admired for marrying fine craftsmanship with the maison’s distinctive signatures.
For the Year of the Horse, this limited-edition piece reworks the signature Scale Canvas with a horse’s hoof motif in black and gray, accented with red. Trimmed in grained calfskin leather, it features adjustable bicolored handles for shoulder or hand carry as well as a detachable cartridge holder inspired by traditional leather hunting accessories that can be personalized with a medal ribbon.
The Daily Battle Vertical offers the same enduring appeal in a more elongated silhouette for those who prefer a streamlined profile. Meanwhile, the Double Battle 35 introduces two configurations in one. A snap hook allows it to shift from a vertical form to a more expansive horizontal shape, responding to changing needs throughout the day.
Heritage and contemporary design
Beyond the totes, the collection further explores Fauré Le Page’s signature balance of heritage and contemporary design. Ladies First 24 appears for the first time in auspicious red all-leather armor embroidered with the iconic Scale motif.
Inspired by an officer’s cartridge box yet shaped with Parisian femininity, it features a barrel clasp and Brandenburg shoulder pad, along with an interior organized for a full day’s essentials.
The Faurever 23 features a structured silhouette in Scale Canvas with leather inserts inspired by traditional hunting cases. Its flap, sculpted in the shape of a scale, conceals a helmet clasp engraved with the name “Faurever,” standing guard like a knight’s emblem of constancy. Braided leather handles and additional straps allow it to transition from hand carry to shoulder or cross-body wear.
Even smaller accessories echo carry meaning. The Étendard 6 Card Wallet reveals a hot-stamped horseshoe inside, a discreet nod to good fortune. The 4 Card Holder offers a compact alternative for daily use, while the Tassel Key Holder, inspired by sword lanyards, functions as both a bag charm and a keychain.
The 2 Cigar Case references the leather molding technique once used to craft the earliest armor, known as cuirasses.
