Focusing on self-love and purpose

“Fear is the border of the reality you want to create.” —Robin Sharma
Creating a new life after the bewildering end of a marriage and a highly traumatic relationship could be very frightening. The fear of starting over is sometimes so overwhelming that maybe the better option is to stay single. With family as my constant source of love and support, self-love and purpose are what I have decided to focus on as I continue my life journey.
This time around, I have prioritized my heart at its core level through Tulsi Wellness Club’s cutting-edge wellness services from California. Recently, Tulsi, a leader in integrative wellness, launched a pioneering partnership with The Farm at San Benito to mark a first-of-its-kind regenerative health experience.

Tulsi’s Longevity Program is a transformative three-day experience designed to rejuvenate your body at the cellular level, fundamentally slowing aging and revitalizing your health.
Last week, Tulsi hosted a daylong event called “Tulsi at The Farm: The Future of Longevity.” This official launch of Tulsi featured immersive wellness stations, expert-led discussions on regenerative medicine, and a gourmet longevity dining experience attended by many local celebrities.

“Through this partnership, we are redefining what it means to achieve true wellness,” said Dr. Christian Jacob, cofounder of Tulsi Wellness Club. “With the perfect balance of innovation and nature’s healing touch, we are empowering guests to embrace their healthiest, most fulfilling lives.”
Beyond the Longevity Program, Tulsi Wellness Club offers a full spectrum of cutting-edge treatments designed to support every stage of your wellness journey, including stem cell therapy, peptide therapy, NAD+ therapy, and hormone therapy. These treatments are all designed to slow aging, combat fatigue, enhance mental clarity, and help maintain peak physical and cognitive function.

Stronger in my next chapter, I am glad that I received new stem cells from Tulsi at The Farm so I could restore my overall well-being. My constant boost of energy is the main effect! It was a wise health investment and a great jump-start to my new me.
The Farm has always been anchored on its five core pillars: diagnose, cleanse, nourish, repair, and sustain, providing holistic and science-backed programs. Reach out online or visit The Farm at San Benito to check out the programs.

Back to running
The treatments last about a year, so I shall keep my wellness journey going especially now that I am back to running. I will join the “Takbo Babae 2025” run on April 13. The run event by Gabriela Women’s Group aims to bring an end to violence against women and children, push for legislation amendments, and give legal support to victims. The run will take place at the UP Academic Oval starting 6 a.m., with 1k, 3k, and 5k options.
To kick off the event, members of Gabriela, allies, and advocates gathered at the run route to talk about the importance of pushing for better support.
The run’s goal is to highlight issues, including intimate partner violence and how, at present, bail set for abusers is extremely low—just P2,000. Proceeds from the run will go toward legal and other fees of women who turn to Gabriela’s Women’s Group for help.

This run is so meaningful to me as I continue to stand up for women’s right to speak up against emotional and physical abuse, even in lesbian relationships.

‘Love On Top’
At the end of Women’s Month, I honor a woman who has defied all aspects of aging. For my latest episode of “Love On Top” on Bilyonaryo News Channel, I featured Dr. Vicki Belo and her dashing hubby, Dr. Hayden Kho Jr. We shared their love story that has gone through so much pressure, scrutiny, and more, and still survived all of it beautifully.
To celebrate 35 years of the Belo Medical Group, Belo hosted a Belo Birthday Bash at the new Fable Resto Cafe + Lounge, the newest hot spot owned by top furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue.

Always showering people with gifts, Dr. Vicki presented the birthday celebrants with special white Omega x Swatch Mission to Moonphase Snoopy watches—perfectly matching the night’s all-white theme.
It was the first time Dr. Vicki was truly celebrating her own birthday, despite being the ultimate host for everyone else’s celebrations. She shared that she had been given away as a newborn and, for years, had struggled with birthdays. In fact, the Belo Medical Group was born from this personal journey—her mission to make people feel beautiful so they would never feel invisible, unloved, or unworthy.

Fashion celebration
Incidentally, Belo Babies took center stage at the Bench denim and underwear show recently. The brightest stars included Max Collins, Hidilyn Diaz, Ruru Madrid, Janine Gutierrez, Ina Raymundo, Alden Richards, Lovi Poe, Michelle Dee, and many more.

The Philippines’ leading fashion and lifestyle brand Bench once again proved why it remains a powerhouse in Filipino fashion with “Body of Work: The Bench Show.” Held on March 21 at SM Mall of Asia Arena, the brand’s latest major fashion show was nothing short of a masterpiece—a riveting celebration that showcased Filipino style, innovation, craftsmanship, and identity.

The palpable anticipation fueled the energy in the arena as the show unfolded, presenting a powerful narrative that solidified Bench’s enduring influence. Divided into five distinct segments—1987, Everyday, Red, Heroes, and Tomorrow—”Body of Work” didn’t just meet expectations, it shattered them.

Each segment unfolded like a chapter in Bench’s story, seamlessly blending nostalgia, contemporary trends, and forward-thinking design. Red featured a stunning Sunshine Cruz, who blew a kiss to her beau Atong Ang.

Filipino pop powerhouse SB19 kicked off the Tomorrow segment with an electrifying performance of their latest single, “DAM.” And for the grand finale, Kathryn Bernardo captivated the audience as she strutted down the runway, exuding the perfect blend of sophistication, sultriness, and sass.
