Hands down, these are the most stylish fashion finds

Lala Singian-Serzo

It’s that time of the year again. Every season, hand in hand with the celebration of Christ’s birth, is a whole lot of gift-giving, dressing up for holiday parties, and occasionally shopping for ourselves.

From beautifully crafted local pieces to sculptural statement accessories from French jewelers, here are some fashion finds that can potentially make dressing up or giving gifts this Christmas a lot more chic.

Bato’t Balat by Palengke

Bato’t Balat features Romblon marble stones held together by genuine leather strings. It can be worn around your waist, as a necklace, or on a bag. As versatile as it is stunning, the Palengke brand also offers beautifully designed bags and shoes that have an air of Filipino flair, all proudly made in the Philippines.

“Transit” is the latest collection from Spacetastic in collaboration with Filipino graphic designer Vanilla Arucan. Inspired by shifting seasons, the “Solar” and “Polar” designs appear on Flexicubes. Featuring a bento-box-style packing system built for compression and expansion, each handcrafted piece is made in the Philippines using premium materials.

Gabbie Jewelry’s Spice Charm Necklace

Gabbie Jewelry

Personalized jewelry is back in style. Gabbie’s charm necklaces let you pick from letters, flowers, or distinctly Filipino icons like our passport or Taal Volcano. Choose from paperclip, cable, or figaro chains, then layer on bumblebees or bougainvilleas for a playful yet polished touch. This is a thoughtful gift for someone you love.

Tory Burch

Tory Burch has been upping their design game. One standout fashion find is the Pierced Peep-Toe Slingback 75MM, a shoe that leans on the sculptural side and will definitely catch compliments during holiday parties. This is the kind of gift that says you’re so close you know not just their style but their shoe size.

Patton’s Polka-Dot Bodysuits

It is our Philippine tradition to wear polka dots for luck on New Year’s Eve, and I think Patton has caught onto it. Always made with quality, local brand Patton has released a fitted tube bodysuit, with waist cut-outs and ruched one-shoulder mesh detailing, which hugs the body just right (and tucks the tummy in, too) for a flattering and festive choice.

Adidas Originals Taekwondo Mei Ballet Flats

Sneakerinas are all the rage right now, and your nieces or girlfriends will thank you for this. Where practical meets pretty, Adidas has been reimagining martial arts footwear into ballet flats, complete with tie-leg fastenings, a round toe, and its signature three stripes.

Fashion has really been leaning into more interesting sculptural shapes lately, and what better sartorial medium to do so than in a bag? Yuzefi just does this with their artistic Ada bag. Its architectural shape and unconventional geometry are sure to complement sleek outfits.
