Inspiring talks on women leadership

In celebration of International Women’s Month, Globe reinforced its commitment to uplift women through its support for the 2025 She Talks Asia Summit, a premier platform for inspiring discourse on female leadership, inclusivity, and courage.
Held March 15 at The Globe Tower in BGC, the Summit, themed “Brave Over Perfect,” encouraged women to overcome self-doubt, take bold risks, and step confidently into their power.
Globe’s collaboration with She Talks Asia aligns with its Go Forward Together advocacy, which highlights the evolving roles of women in families, workplaces, and communities.
“Women play a key role in shaping families—both traditional and found—so it is essential to provide them with platforms like the She Talks Asia Summit where they can share their experiences, gain strength, and connect with others,” said Roche Vandenberghe, chief marketing officer, Globe.
The Summit, led by She Talks Asia co-founders Lynn Pinugu, Iza Calzado, and Globe ambassador Bianca Gonzalez, tackled a range of topics, from finance and self-worth to resilience and longevity.
Award-winning marine conservationist Anna Oposa took the stage to share her journey of overcoming obsessive perfectionism.
Beauty editor and content creator Belle Rodolfo, Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz, and wellness advocate and international author Anca Griffiths joined the panel discussion on “Overcoming the Fear of an Expiration Date,” while lifestyle journalist Stephanie Zubiri led the workshop session “Ignite Your Inner Light.”
With digital connectivity now a necessity, Globe empowers women through technology by providing reliable access to opportunities in remote work, online businesses, and digital learning.
Globe supports women’s inclusion in leadership and economic opportunities, recognizing their significant impact on driving progress. While the Philippines outperforms global averages with 48 percent female leadership representation and a smaller gender wage gap, Globe continues to push for greater equity through its numerous initiatives.
Building on its longtime collaboration with She Talks Asia, Globe remains an ally for women’s progress, providing the resources and platforms needed to move forward with confidence.
