Get ready to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with live music in its purest form at “Tayuan,” an experience like no other, happening Nov. 23, from 4:20 p.m.

Presented by Anges Bed & Books in collaboration with Everyday People Productions, “Tayuan” promises a unique no-phone, by-the-beach gig featuring musicians born and raised in the famous surf town of San Juan, La Union.

More than a music event, “Tayuan” is a movement to revive the intimate and undistracted beauty of live performances. In a world where screens mediate most experiences, this event invites you to stand together, connect in real time, and savor the raw energy of homegrown music. Set against the stunning backdrop of the La Union coastline, this gig strips away distractions, letting the music take center stage and the community bond naturally.

“Tayuan” presents a lineup of local talent, each artist bringing their unique style to the stage, including Zoom Zoom Lunacy, Sundowner, Fuzzy Fernando, Cities, Okarin, We, and Buttercupinmay. Ranging from indie rockers to experimental musicians, these performers will present an unforgettable night for La Union’s vibrant music scene.

In the spirit of genuine connection, “Tayuan” encourages all attendees to be fully present. Phones are set aside, leaving space for undivided attention and pure immersion in the performances.

Tayuan reflects the shared vision of Anges Bed & Books and Everyday People Productions: to provide a platform for emerging local musicians and create a community around the unique, unfiltered experience of live music. This event stands as a testament to their commitment to uplifting La Union’s musical heritage while opening doors for unsigned and independent musicians.
