Make room for the best

The annual Tatler Best Guide has just released its 2026 edition, recognizing the restaurants, bars, hotels, and personalities that shape hospitality in the Philippines. It marks a milestone for the industry that has seen tremendous growth over the last few years.

Inside the guide, you’ll find an extensive selection of establishments—from neighborhood restaurants and fine dining restaurants to cocktail bars and a host of hotels setting standards in service and experience—categorized into best-in-class restaurants, bars, and hotels.

During the March 16 ceremony, awards and “spotlight” distinctions were revealed after a careful evaluation process from editors, experienced foodies, industry professionals, and knowledgeable travelers.

Topping the list in the restaurant scene was Toyo Eatery, bagging the Restaurant of the Year honors. Celera, helmed by Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar, was named the Best New Restaurant while Gallery by Chele received the Best Innovation award. Medusa at The Palace (Best Design) and Inatô (Best Service) rounded out the list with a Rising Star recognition awarded to Charles Montañez of Liyab.
