Popular Nobu brunch now available on Saturdays

Nobu Manila has recently debuted a Saturday brunch buffet, in addition to the popular Nobu Sunday brunch.

The Nobu Weekend Brunch offers the innovative new-style Japanese cuisine popularized by chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Nobu Manila’s hybrid buffet includes all-you-can-eat a la carte dishes showcasing Nobu signature dishes to complement the buffet of signature sushi, sashimi, nigiri, salads, etc.

The live action stations entice with a lavish selection of kushiyaki or grilled meat and vegetables, and premium sashimi, sushi and maki roll creations matched with Nobu signature sauces. Guests can also have unlimited helpings of Nobu specialties offered on the brunch’s a la carte menu.

Fresh chilled slipper lobsters, shrimp and fresh or baked oysters among other seafood are also offered alongside carvings including Wagyu leg, Wagyu rump steak and smoked whole brisket. The regular brunch package is available for P3,499 net per person and includes unlimited nonalcoholic drinks, while children ages 6 to 12 years enjoy a special rate of P1,749 per child. The Nobu Weekend Brunch is from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, with varying menu highlights each week.
