The 680-room Hotel101-Madrid completes topping off

On April 11, 2025, Mang Inasal founder Injap Sia and Jollibee founder Tony Tan Caktiong conducted the Topping Off Ceremony of the 680-room Hotel101-Madrid, Spain in just 11 months from the start of construction. It is set for full completion in December 2025 in time for the coming F1 Grand Prix in Madrid.

The 680-room Hotel101-Madrid project is set to become one of the top five largest hotels in Madrid, Spain, and is located in a 6,593 sq.m. prime commercial property recently purchased by Hotel101.

Located along Avenida Fuerzas Armadas, Valdebebas, Madrid, which is surrounded by major landmark buildings and is about three minutes walk to the Valdebebas Train Station, four minutes walk to IFEMA convention complex, five minutes walk to Real Madrid Sports Complex, and around seven minutes to the new Madrid Barajas International Airport.
