These summas challenge ‘misconceptions’ about Gen Z

As the new generation of graduates joins the workforce, the volume of Gen Zs in the workplace has dramatically increased.

This could lead to some misunderstanding at the office or in the field, due to seeming differences in attitudes in work ethics or approaches to problem-solving. Some may unfortunately even get typecast simply due to their young age.

The latest batch of the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde summa cum laude graduates debunk common misinterpretations about their generation as they enter the professional arena.
