World Chocolate Fair returns next week
Now in its sixth year, the S Maison x Auro World Chocolate Fair (WCF) returns July 3 to 6, transforming the main atrium of S Maison into the ultimate dessert battlefield.
This year’s theme? A wildly imaginative “Aliens vs. Dinosaurs” crossover, where cosmic forces and prehistoric beasts collide in the most delicious way possible.
What began as a sweet celebration of fine Filipino chocolate has evolved into a beloved annual spectacle that blends fantasy, flavor, and immersive storytelling. With limited-edition creations, life-sized displays, and out-of-this-world activities, WCF 2025 invites guests to travel across galaxies and time. Whether you’re a space cadet or a jungle ranger, this year’s fair promises a thrilling, chocolate-charged adventure, all powered by Auro’s award-winning chocolate.
Auro proudly unveils its partnership with chef Nouel Catis, the Filipino culinary genius behind the original viral Dubai Chocolate recipe and now Auro’s official chef ambassador. Together, they are bringing the Auro x SNA’AP Bars. Experience Dubai Chocolate the way it was intended. Be among the very first to try it at WCF 2025.
Auro Chocolate Café will be offering Tub Cakes: Ooey Gooey Chocolatey Caramely Tub Cake, Creamylicious Crispylicious Turon Tub Cake, and Walang Tirang Tiramisu Tub Cake.
Vendors will be offering creations using Auro chocolate. The list includes Bubu Bars, Daniel Baker, Mindful Indulgence, Kultura, Conrad Manila, Meru, Serenitea, Half Saints, and Ciento.
On July 5, there will be a Chocolate Tasting and Meet-and-Greet with Chef Nouel. Enjoy a drag performance on July 6.
