You can eat chef Choi Hyun-seok’s dishes from ‘Culinary Class Wars’

Avatar

Chef Choi Hyun-seok is coming to the Philippines, and will be cooking his signature dishes from the hit show “Culinary Class Wars” at Solaire Resort. The renowned celebrity chef from South Korea, who has over 30 years of culinary experience, went head-to-head with other great chefs in the exciting cooking competition series—and now is your chance to get a taste.

Enjoy prime dining as Choi and Solaire Resort begin their collaboration with back-to-back dinners at Finestra, offering tables of indulgent dishes specially curated for Solaire’s guests. Savor Italian-Korean flavors in a delectable five-course dinner prepared by the chef himself. Make a reservation at Finestra at Solaire Resort Entertainment City on April 5, or April 7, or on April 6 at Solaire Resort North.

Experience the taste of competition as Chef Choi brings his famous Jang Trio Steak, highlighting an assortment of Korean jang sauces that complement the Korean beef steak, kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi), and white asparagus, like you saw on “Culinary Class Wars.” Dig into Choi’s Vongole—this time with the garlic—a memorable dish that still got high scores from the judges despite missing a key ingredient.

Choi will also prepare amuse-bouche and dessert for Solaire Resort diners.
