CreativeSparx, Inc., the exclusive Philippine distributor of X-1R products, made history last year by taking 100 service frontliners to an unprecedented, all-expense-paid trip to Hong Kong.

The company once again achieved an industry first by sponsoring a free Hong Kong getaway for the second year in a row, this time to 150 service frontliners from nine brands. This was co-sponsored by Autovolution, Inc., the exclusive automotive distributor of Bactakleen, IGL, Koolshotz and Petromin Philippines.

“This back-to-back international trip is our way of expressing our appreciation to these dedicated service professionals, who have worked hard to promote the undeniable benefits of X-1R Performance products and Bactakleen Disinfectants,” CreativeSparx, Inc. President Brixton Aw said.

“It is also a way for us to recognize their courage and dedication to make their service clients enjoy these benefits,” Aw added.

Fun with every meal

Half of the group flew in on Philippine Airlines, while the other half were on Cathay Pacific, kicking off a four-day, three-night tour where they stayed in the prestigious Metropark Hotel Mongkok.

They explored famous landmarks like the Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, Harbour Front Promenade and Xique Chinese Opera Center, along with an all-access visit to Hong Kong Disneyland. CreativeSparx, Inc. said each meal in the cosmopolitan city-state was made all the more delicious with fun activities like raffle draws and fun awards.

X-1R Country Manager Harold Ledda was ecstatic just spending time with service managers and crew who are the so-called unsung heroes of every auto dealership.

“You may come from various brands but in the coming days you will forget about where you are working at and instead enjoy what we have prepared for you as members of one happy family, the X-1R family,” said Ledda.

Ledda also paid tribute to their hardwork in helping their respective dealerships deliver the best service to their customers that includes advising them on after-sales products for their vehicles that ensure their safety and convenience..

“Extremely grateful to share this memorable moment with my Toyota colleagues and X-1R Key Account Managers during our Hong Kong travel incentive,” said Toyota Sta. Rosa aftersales director Van Aniceto.

“Their leadership and support have been truly inspiring,” he added. “Thank you for this incredible opportunity and for making this experience unforgettable!”

Other service frontliners said this was their first-ever international trip – a reward that they said made them even more aggressive in promoting their products. CreativeSparx, Inc. and Autovolution, Inc. said it wants to give more people this once-in-a-lifetime chance, announcing that the trip next year will be in Singapore.
