Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) officially unveils the new CRETA, and for the first time, is now available in the N Line variant.

The CRETA made its global debut back in 2014, and was first introduced to the Philippine market in 2022. Having been warmly received by Filipinos, the Hyundai CRETA served as the perfect ride for young, goal-oriented individuals who are always on the go.

Now, the new CRETA sports a bolder look, embodying Hyundai’s design language, “Sensuous Sportiness”. Making it an eyecatcher on the road through every ride.

The New Hyundai CRETA

On the outside, the new CRETA comes with a redesigned front fascia: a new black chrome Parametric Jewel Grille, signature LED position lamps, and is fitted with newly designed alloy wheels. Its new Sequential Turn Indicators also deliver unique signaling to grab the attention of other drivers on the road. Moving on to the back, the new CRETA has been revamped, flaunting the “H”-theme rear combination lamps, which offer better visibility overall establishing a distinctively stylish road presence.

Inside, a larger all-digital instrument cluster has been integrated, compared to its predecessor. Its infotainment screen spans 10.25” which presents a high-definition display and smooth graphics, also equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in Waze navigation.

Comfort and space are also guaranteed in the cabin with ventilated front seats, generous head and leg room for all passengers, and a large cargo space of 433L up to 1,401L with fold-flat seats, adjustable to the needs of its user.

Furthermore, the new CRETA is equipped with multiple safety features to ensure peace of mind on the road. It is loaded with an upgraded Hyundai SmartSense – including the Smart Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Following Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist, Blind Spot View Monitor, Reverse Parking Distance Warning, and Surround View Monitor among other assistance systems under this suite of technologies.

Addition of the New CRETA N Line

Following its introduction in the all-new ELANTRA, the N Line trim is also now available in the CRETA for those seeking a sportier ride.

Under the hood, the new CRETA N Line is powered by a 1.5L Turbo GDI Engine, delivering 160 PS of power and 253 Nm of torque for a snappy acceleration and a more engaging drive and is paired with a 7-Speed DCT transmission.

This version of the CRETA shows off an N Line exclusive badge and accents, boasts more aggressive bumpers and dual exhaust tips, and is rigged with a set of new 18” alloy wheels. A new rear spoiler exclusive for the N Line also gives the CRETA a more captivating look.

Inside, the new CRETA N Line has been refreshed with a more modern feel. A 3-spoke Steering Wheel with paddle shifters, Drive and Traction Control, red ambient mood lamp, and red interior accents are exclusive to the N Line – all of which give the new CRETA a more athletic touch.

The new Hyundai CRETA has several innovations that make it a substantial upgrade. It is smart and stylish, complementing the lifestyle and needs of young Filipinos. “Hyundai Motor Philippines is proud to continually diversify its line-up. As we launch the new CRETA, we want to keep pushing for our vision to provide not just innovative mobility solutions, but more so, a vehicle line-up that caters to the needs of every Filipino and becoming their best partner on the road,” says Mr. Jiho Son, Hyundai Motor Philippines president.
