The Hyundai Sante Fe was recently recognized as the “Supreme Winner” at the 2025 Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year Awards (WWCOTY) held in Madrid, Spain. Its online announcement, meanwhile, was broadcasted through its YouTube Channel last March 6, 2025.
The recognition was bestowed by a globally recognized award-giving body composed of an all-female jury in the international automotive industry. The all-female jury of 82 automotive journalists from 55 countries meticulously evaluated the Hyundai Sante Fe, as the vehicle passed through a rigorous process across a broad range of categories. These categories include: safety, quality, technology, design, ease of driving, performance, comfort, efficiency, environmental impact and value for money.
After careful analysis and thorough evaluation, the judges recognized the fifth-generation SUV as the best in the Large SUV category for its driving experience, spacious interior, and value for money, as well as efficiency and innovative design.
This latest accolade adds to the vehicle’s growing list of global recognition, including the J.D. Power and TopGear.com plums.
With this, the Hyundai Santa Fe continuously establishes itself as a globally recognized large SUV that appeals to a wide range of perspectives and preferences, this time, particularly to women worldwide.
