New partnerships

Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation, the flagship company of the Pioneer Group established in 1954, stands as the leading non-life insurance provider in the country. It ranked number one in Gross Written Premium for 2023. With this, what better way to bolster one’s insurance capability and consumer confidence than partner with the best. This is what Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP) just did recently.

The country’s biggest carmaker marks another milestone as its Toyota Insure program formalizes new partnerships with the said leading insurance provider, together with MAAGAP Insurance, Inc.

This likewise further reinforces its commitment to providing comprehensive coverage and maintaining exceptional service standards.

This way, TMP’s customers are given more options in choosing reliable and convenient insurance partners that they basically need.

For one, Toyota Insure, one of TMP’s Value Chain products, is an exclusive insurance service offering customers access to full-coverage insurance policies at competitive rates.

According to a statement, the program ensures a seamless experience through hassle-free claims processing, free personal accident coverage, and guaranteed repairs at Toyota dealerships using genuine Toyota parts.

“Toyota Insure also supports dealerships by increasing after-sales business and customer touchpoints, leading to higher customer retention,” it said.

Mike Masamayor, TMP first vice president for value chain operations then added: “With this expansion of Toyota Insure, TMP continues to enhance its customer experience beyond Toyota ownership by offering its Value Chain products through the entire vehicle use cycle. TMP provides an array of choices that suit the customers’ needs — from Financing (Toyota Financial Services) to Insurance (Toyota Insure) and when upgrading their Toyota through trade-ins (T-Sure).”

“These offerings provide customer satisfaction and a unique experience that sets Toyota apart from the usual,” he said.
