NISSAN CALAMBA RISES

Ronald Rey M. delos Reyes

Ever relentless, Synergyauto Ventures Corp. Group (SVC) continues to grow its chain of Nissan dealerships down south. And no amount of obstacles could seem to dare stop them—not even the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.

From Sucat, Parañaque, Dasmariñas and Carmona in Cavite, and Alabang, Muntinlupa, SVC has just now officially opened its newest dealership in Calamba, Laguna, not to mention also eventually opening the doors of its Santa Rosa dealership. With this, the company aspires to provide a consistent customer experience, which gives the same exemplary process and experience that foster the joy and fulfillment that set SVC’s dealerships apart from the rest.

This feat reaffirms SVC’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, strong dealership performance in both sales and aftersales, along with the continued growth of the brand in the country.

Nissan Philippines, Inc. President Masao and Synergyauto Ventures Corporation (SVC) President Doroteo “Tey” Sornet lead the cutting of the ceremonial ribbon.

“What makes Nissan Calamba special is our commitment to delivering a complete customer experience. Of course, we aim to perform well in sales, but equally important for us is aftersales service,” said SVC president, Doroteo “Tey” Sornet.

“We want every Nissan owner who comes here to feel confident that they will be well taken care of—from purchase all the way through ownership. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted Nissan partner in Laguna,” he added.

For the four-decade long industry veteran, Laguna is one of the fastest-growing economic areas in Southern Luzon.

He even attests that the area has a very dynamic mix of residential communities, businesses, and industrial zones.

“We see strong potential for the Nissan brand here. Calamba, in particular, is strategically located and serves as a gateway to many parts of Laguna and nearby provinces.”

“For us in the SVC Group, expanding here is a natural step in bringing Nissan closer to more customers in this region,” he continued.

The fifth

Nissan Calamba is SVC’s fifth dealership under its fold and its first in the province of Laguna.

This new facility then further strengthens Nissan’s presence in Southern Luzon.

The newly-opened Nissan Calamba dealership lies on a 2,100-sqm floor area, featuring an expansive eight-car display showroom and 18 service bays consisting of six mechanical, eight for body and paint and four diagnostic work bays, while employing about 80 to 100 skilled individuals.

The full 3S dealership features vehicle sales, service and spare parts operations, along with space for vehicle preparation, carwash, accessories center and ample customer parking on the ground floor.

Meanwhile, the second floor houses the company’s regional center with executive offices, conference and training rooms.

“This is now our fifth Nissan dealership, and we are excited to continue expanding.”

In fact, according to Sornet, they are also preparing for the opening of another dealership in Sta. Rosa, which will be their sixth Nissan dealership and their second in Laguna.

“Our long-term goal is to continue supporting the growth of the Nissan brand while bringing excellent dealership services closer to more Filipino customers,” he reiterated.
