Nissan honors 55-Year Legacy at the 2025 MIAS

Nissan continues to mark 55 years of its presence in the Philippines, celebrating this significant milestone at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS). With the theme of “Driven by Connection,” the event brings together over 20 automotive brands, with Nissan showcasing a lineup that highlights the brand’s continued success in the country.
Nissan’s opening program was kicked off with a video from Nissan senior design director Ken Lee, where he talked about the design process behind the Patrol, Terra, and Navara. The video highlighted the blend of heritage and innovation found in Nissan’s designs, touching on how the brand applies a shared philosophy across its SUV and pickup models. Attendees were then welcomed by Nissan brand ambassador Matteo Guidicelli, who walked guests through the brand’s showcase at the show.
Recently introduced to the Philippine market, the All-New Nissan Patrol takes center stage at the Nissan booth with a special accessorized version, designed to appeal to those looking to further enhance the legendary SUV’s commanding style and presence. The Patrol combines luxurious comfort and performance with cutting-edge technology, offering a premium driving experience for those who demand nothing but the best.
Nissan’s display also highlights the Nissan Terra and Navara 55th Anniversary Editions, which both embody the brand’s enduring legacy in the Philippines. These exclusive showcase vehicles combine ruggedness with retro-inspired styling, featuring exclusive modifications that include upgraded wheels and tires, unique side decals, and 55th Anniversary logos. These enhancements give them a distinct character while preserving the durability and versatility the models are known for.
Outside the main hall, the Nissan Z NISMO is also on display, alongside the classic Nissan Fairlady Z, welcoming arriving visitors with their timeless designs and unmistakable presence. Test drives are also available for the All-New Nissan Patrol, Z, Terra, Navara, and other models, allowing attendees to get behind the wheel and experience Nissan’s model lineup firsthand.
“This year’s MIAS gives us the opportunity to present vehicles that reflect our journey as we celebrate 55 years in the country,” says Nissan Philippines. “Through the special displays of the Terra, Navara, and Patrol, we showcase our heritage with the models that have become beloved by Filipinos, reflecting the brand’s legacy of trust and building a long-standing connection with our customers in the Philippines.”
